To celebrate Netflix’s Omnivore, a beautifully filmed food series from executive producer René Redzepi of Noma fame, I decided to pair each episode with a dish. Let's call it a fully immersive TV dinner experience! Each episode dives into a single ingredient, like salt, rice, or bluefin tuna and traces its journey across borders, cultures, and cuisines. And while the storytelling is gorgeous and thought-provoking, the visuals alone will have you raiding your fridge. So I decided to take it a step further: why not create a full menu to pair with the show?Below is Hungry Fifi’s Omnivore Menu, a curated meal (or snack) idea for each of the 8 episodes. Some are pretty easy to assemble, others a little trickier - but all of them are deeply inspired by the ingredients and cultures featured in the series.Hungry Fifi's Omnivore Menu
