I finally tried the popular Jordanian spot, Hashem, for brekkie this week.
My friend, Farah from Every Little Crumb, who knows the country well tells me that Hashem is an Amman classic, and a must-visit on every trip over there.
Until then, we’ve got a few outlets of this popular Jordanian chain open in Bahrain for us to try. Or if you're lazy/hungover/want to eat in bed, you can find them on Talabat delivery app too!
For this order I tried out:
The hearty foul (fava bean) and falafel sandwich is a must, followed by the cheese filled falafels (yesss). Next up, a favourite of mine, the diced potato mafraka with eggs scrambled into it. And if you have some room, try one of their kaak (sesame) sandwiches.
The damage…less than 5 beeds. Not bad at all!
