We're blessed to live on an island with fresh fish abound! Head to this fish market, barely five minutes from Amwaj, to pick up some fresh fish for dinner. My fave picks, clams! Affordable and available most of the year.

Farmers Market: Hoorat A'Ali
I love this indoor farmers market. Stop by to pick up some fruits, veggies and herbs, then grab a bite from one of the food vendors. This year-round farmers market is a great day out and a fun place to roam about. While you are here make sure to try my favourite breakfast cafe, Popina and my favour little stand selling Bahraini made baskets.

Farmers Market: Budaiya
This famous farmers market is seasonal, taking place in the cooler months. Go here for all your groceries and enjoy a traditional bahraini breakfast too. Open every Saturday from around October to April, but check closer to the time.
