The spice must flow.
And in this case it was the Masala spices in this Tandoor Chai. Quite possible one of the most fragrant and soul touchingly good cuppas I’ve had in a long while (self-care in a cup, maybs).
This Hidd hole-in-the-wall, 6Bite Falafel, specialises in two dishes only.
Tandoori Masala Chai, elaborately made in clay tandoor pots, and moreish crunchy Falafels. I had the latter in a flatbread sandwich, with crunchy cabbage, freshly fried and smashed falafels, roast aubergine slices and plenty of sauces.
A winning dinner. All coming in at under a dinar…whattttt. Yep. Perfect for those pre pay-day pains.
