Only at The Foundry!

A restaurant started by the team behind Bahrain's premium butcher & deli, Sage & Sirloin, The Foundry to no surprises offers up excellent steaks and more.

Spread over three floors, this Adliya spot has a cool, dark and NY vibes bar on the first floor (perfect for a date night drink). The bar team really know their cocktails, so go sit and watch them do their magic.

Then head up to the second floor for some excellent dining, with a menu full of great steak, seafood and vegetarian options too. Don't feel like a heavy meal, the bar offers some tempting bar snacks as well.

Before finishing your night at their rooftop bar with DJ or bands playing tunes throughout the night.

My favourite dishes to enjoy at The Foundry are:

• Jalapeno Poppers that ooze cheese...who can resist!
• Chilli Shrimp in a buttery sauce, served with baguette
• Rosinni Crostini, seared beef tenderloin & foie gras on toast
• Escargot in a divinely garlicky butter sauce
• Steak Frites with an entrecote style sauce
• Spaghetti Vongole, made with local clams (which I am a big believer we should all be buying!)

Do note in the summer months, the rooftop is closed.
