I have news. I’ve fallen in love.
I finally got to try a Poutine and there are no words for how my heart flutters at the thought of this dish.
A Canadian classic, Poutine is made with fries, cheese and then smothered in gravy. In Oak’s version they’ve added in smoked short rib too. I know, you’re going to fall in love too.
