I think it might just be!
After a four year hiatus I went to Senor Paco's for a friend's birthday last week. Not sure what to expect or if it had changed over the years, I was pleasantly surprised to see that not a lot hand changed.
From the slightly shabby interiors, slightly dubious Tex Mex menu, never ending Margaritas and damn right fun band!
It seemed that every group on our visit, which was full to the brim, were celebrating a birthday. Easily making Senor Paco's the number one spot for celebrating birthdays. As soon the band starts, everyone is up on their feet dancing and enjoying their time.
I'm still yet to find a dish I truly like here (has anyone?), but the food is not why you come here. It is purely for the atmosphere. And for this I am grateful. For fun, music, friends, laughter (and bottomless Margaritas).
Thank you for never changing Senor Paco's!
