Firstly mix together the Greek yoghurt and tahini in a bowl, then add a squeeze of lemon
Add the drained chickpeas to a lined roasting pan and top with the bbq sauce, giving it all a good mix
Roast the chickpeas on a medium heat, for 20-25 mins to get them nice and crispy
Warm up your wraps or tortilla breads for a couple of minutes
Remove the chickpeas from the oven, add them to the wraps
Add the shredded lettuce, pickled cucumbers, diced spring onion
Add a couple of large dollops of the tahini yoghurt sauce
Top with some grated parmesan and enjoy!
