BBQ Chickpea & Tahini Yoghurt Wrap

  • 1 Can Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans)
  • 1 Spring Onion
  • 4 Slices Pickled Cucumbers
  • 1 Cup Diced Lettuce
  • 4 tbsp Bbq sauce
  • 4 Wraps
  • 3 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
  • 1.5 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Grated


  • Firstly mix together the Greek yoghurt and tahini in a bowl, then add a squeeze of lemon
  • Add the drained chickpeas to a lined roasting pan and top with the bbq sauce, giving it all a good mix
  • Roast the chickpeas on a medium heat, for 20-25 mins to get them nice and crispy
  • Warm up your wraps or tortilla breads for a couple of minutes
  • Remove the chickpeas from the oven, add them to the wraps
  • Add the shredded lettuce, pickled cucumbers, diced spring onion
  • Add a couple of large dollops of the tahini yoghurt sauce
  • Top with some grated parmesan and enjoy!


These barbeque chickpea wraps area a hearty and quick meal to prepare. You can vary up the vegetables, pickles (instead of cucumber add pickled onion) and even make them a bit spicy with some chilli sauce. 
This recipe makes about 4 wraps.
