A few months ago, I got to do a fun collaboration with Mrs Bridges, a boutique Scottish jam brand. A quick note for our American readers, what we call jam in the UK is the same as jelly in the US.
I explored lots of recipes with their variety of jams and preserves and was floored at the versatility of how jam can be used. No need to just use it for your PB&J, here are some flavour packed and creative ways to use up the jams you have at home:
