Spicy Miso Nduja Ramen

Instant noodles, but make them fancy. A fiery miso broth with nduja, bok choy and all the slurpy goodness your white T-shirt should fear.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 pack Ramen
  • 2 head Bok Choi
  • 1.5 tsp Miso Paste White
  • 1.5 tsp Nduja
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock

Instructions
 

  • In a pot, warm up the miso paste and nduja with a splash of chicken stock
  • Bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer (let them get friendly)
  • In another pot, cook your ramen according to the package instructions
  • Add the cooked noodles to the miso-nduja broth along with a splash of noodle water (for that starchy goodness)
  • Toss in the bok choy just at the end, it only needs a minute or so to wilt
  • To serve: Top with sesame seeds, spring onion, nori flakes, or whatever you’re feeling
