In a pot, warm up the miso paste and nduja with a splash of chicken stock
Bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer (let them get friendly)
In another pot, cook your ramen according to the package instructions
Add the cooked noodles to the miso-nduja broth along with a splash of noodle water (for that starchy goodness)
Toss in the bok choy just at the end, it only needs a minute or so to wilt
To serve: Top with sesame seeds, spring onion, nori flakes, or whatever you’re feeling

Pimped My Noodz
Miso paste + nduja + chicken stock = the trio I didn’t know I needed. This quick ramen hack hits all the right notes; spicy, salty, umami and comes together in under 15 minutes.
