Kimchi Cream Cheese Kale Sandwich

Could this be the most epic sandwich? Maybe, just maybe!

Ingredients
 

  • 3 tbsp kimchi
  • 6 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 slices fresh bread, ciabatta preferably

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl whisk together the kimchi and cream cheese until well blended, taste to adjust
  • Chop your kale and slowly pan fry to wilt it down, add a tablespoon of cream cheese at the end and mix together
  • Slice open your ciabatta bread and toast
  • Spread the kimchi cream cheese onto either side, top with the creamed kale, sprink some sesame seeds on it and if you like, add a swig of chilli oil
  • Optional: Replace the creamed kale with avocado slices OR add a fried egg

Umm sorry can't type rn hands are covered in the most epic open-faced sandwich that i have ever made. amen.
Imagine the delicious combination of kimchi cream cheese, creamed kale, sesame seeds, homemade ciabatta all topped with a swig of chilli oil.
If I had eggs at home I would have topped with a fried egg or even replaced the creamed kale with avo slices...tbh it doesn't really matter when kimchi cream cheese is in your life. And yes it is as easy as just whipping the two together. okgotta go clean hands, wipe face, eat more. love ya,  okbyee x
