Add 2 tablespoons marmalade, juice of one lemon and the herbs (a tablespoon full) in a bowl and stir
On a low temperature, heat the marmalade mixture up so that it softens. Do this for about 5 minutes.
Put your halloumi slices on a plate or tray, pour over the marinade, cover and leave in the fridge. Ideal time about 2-3 hours.
Remove from fridge and pan-fry or bbq the halloumi slices for about 4 minutes on each side.
