Seville & Salt Cocktail
Ingredients
2 oz Mommenpop Seville Orange (*alternatives below)
0.5 oz Dry vermouth
0.25 oz Castelvetrano olive brine
3 dashes Orange bitters
2 oz Dry sparkling wine or soda water
Method

Mix in the ingredients with loads of ice

Garnish: skewered anchovy-stuffed olive or lemon twist

*Alternatives include Lillet Blanc, Mandarine Napoleon, Picon, Vin' D’orange, Hesperidinia
