Mains

Spicy Miso Nduja Ramen

Instant noodles, but make them fancy. A fiery miso broth with nduja, bok choy and all the slurpy goodness your white T-shirt should fear.

Spicy Miso Nduja Ramen

Ingredients

1 pack Ramen
2 head Bok Choi
1.5 tsp Miso PasteWhite
1.5 tsp Nduja
1 cup Chicken Stock

Method

1

In a pot, warm up the miso paste and nduja with a splash of chicken stock

2

Bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer (let them get friendly)

3

In another pot, cook your ramen according to the package instructions

4

Add the cooked noodles to the miso-nduja broth along with a splash of noodle water (for that starchy goodness)

5

Toss in the bok choy just at the end, it only needs a minute or so to wilt

6

To serve: Top with sesame seeds, spring onion, nori flakes, or whatever you’re feeling

Notes

Pimped My Noodz

Miso paste + nduja + chicken stock = the trio I didn’t know I needed.

This quick ramen hack hits all the right notes;  spicy, salty, umami and comes together in under 15 minutes.
