Notes

Introducing my latest obsession: Spiced Chickpea Yoghurt, the kind of comforting curry that fills your kitchen with the most irresistible aromas while demanding minimal effort (win-win!).

Think humble chickpeas, elevated with a warm hug of cumin, garam masala, and fresh green chilies, all cozied up in a creamy yogurt base. If you want to put a bit more effort into it then add in sautéed onions and garlic to the base.

Either way, you’ve got yourself a dish that’s perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner or an impressive spread for your next dinner party. Enjoy it with steamed rice, warm naan, or honestly, just a spoon. Trust me, this one’s a keeper.

PS. Make this just before serving, do not make it ahead of time or you lose the velvety texture of the yoghurt.
