Thai Inspired Paneer Skewers

Ingredients

3 tbps Red Thai curry paste
1 bag Paneer cubes
1 bag Wooden skewers
1 bunch CorianderFresh
1 tbsp Furikake (or just sesame seeds)

Method

1

Soak the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes

2

Take your defrosted paneer cubes and put them in a bowl with the Red Thai curry paste, mix well so the cubes are covered

3

Slowly skewer and place aside

4

Either cook them on a bbq or a hot grill pan, spray with oil as required

5

Turn over the skewers after 90 seconds, watch closely as these should only take 2-3 minutes max

6

When serving add the coriander leaves and furikake

7

Optional: a squeeze of lime, roasted peanuts

Notes

A quick & easy bite to cook for starters, a light main course and anything in between. This recipe could also replace the Paneer with Tofu for just as delicious a meal.
