Notes

This black lime salmon taco is the perfect midweek meal, both healthy and filling. The black lime powder is an essential in any Persian household and a great addition in your kitchen too. It adds a sour zingy zestiness, that goes so well with the flaky salmon and sweet mango salsa.

How to make a quick Mango Salsa?

  • 1 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 0.5 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 0.5 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1-2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • huice of 1 lime
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Add the ingredients to a large bowl, gently toss and leave for 30 minutes for the flavours to combine together.
