Where to Eat, Drink & Dance in Ibiza

Aubergine by Atzaró
A farm-to-table dream tucked inland near Santa Gertrudis. Local produce, good olive oil and the kind of rustic charm that makes you stay for coffee, dessert and another bottle of wine!

Aubergine

La Paloma
Bohemian and full of heart. The garden glows at night and the menu reads like a love letter to Mediterranean simplicity. Be warned, the on-site boutique is incredibly tempting (especially after a few cocktails!).

Amante
Carved into the cliffs above the beach, a place that manages to feel both glamorous and grounded. Order a beautifully created cocktail and watch the light change.

Formentera: Es Moli de Sal
A boat ride from Ibiza...all turquoise water, beaches and seafood that tastes like the sea. Go for the view, stay for the people watching.

San Gertrudis
A picture-perfect village in the heart of the island. Cafe tables, boutiques and the kind of slow rhythm that resets your pulse. Go late afternoon for shopping, drinks and more.

Las Dalias
Still buzzing after all these years. Come early for shopping, stay late for live music and that unmistakable Ibiza energy.

Cova Santa, Akasha, Pascha & Unvrs – for when the night calls

Unvrs

Ibiza is many things...chaotic and calm, ancient and new, barefoot and beautifully dressed. But mostly, it’s just magic!
