Seaweed Scrambled Egg

Ingredients
 

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 sheet Nori
  • 1-2 Spring Onions

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together your eggs and milk
  • Add the butter to a frying pan and heat on a medium heat
  • Add the egg mixture
  • Slowly move the eggs around the pan as they heat up, moving them around as you go along
  • Turn the eggs of the heat, add your shredded Nori (seaweed) and some diced Spring Onions
