Notes

This ultimate Rum Punch cocktail has been in my repertoire for years.  It’s a fool proof party favourite and great for a day boating, on the beach or just when you need some revelry.
“One of sour, two of sweet, three of strong and four weak”
Sour; one part citrus - lime juice/cordial
Sweet; two parts sweet - grenadine
Strong; three parts strong - rum! (always Bajan)
Weak; four parts juice - we love a pineapple and orange mix!
The second part of the rhyme goes “…a dash of bitters and a sprinkle of spice, serve well chilled with plenty of ice.”  Meaning, a dash of Angostura Bitters and freshly grated nutmeg. Cheers!
