Sweet & Salty Avocado Toast

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Bread Slice
  • 2 tbsp Date Molasses
  • 0.5 pack Halloumi

Instructions
 

  • Take the halloumi out of the pack, slice into thick fingers and pan fry for a few minutes on each side. When a golden colour starts to come through, remove and set aside.
  • Take a ripe avocado and place inside a bowl, mash with the back of the fork
  • Toast your bread slice, add the mashed avocado and halloumi
  • Top with a generous glug of date molasses. Enjoy!
