Tehran Style Café Glacé

A summer favourite from Tehran's hip cafes, this drink/dessert hits all the right spots.

Ingredients
 

  • 0.5 cup Coffee, prepared
  • 2 scoops Vanilla ice cream
  • 0.5 cup Cold milk

Instructions
 

  • Steep your coffee and let it cool to room temperature
  • Scoop out your vanilla ice cream into a cup
  • Top with the cooled coffee and then top with the remainder milk
  • Serve and enjoy!
