In a large bowl combine the red cabbage, lime juice, salt and pepper. Mix well and leave coverd to sit.
Heat your burger patty (you can use meat or vegetarian patties) and add the cheese slice to each patty for the last two minutes
Prepare your burger bun (I like to warm mine up a bit on the grill), then add a teaspoon of mayonnaise, the patty, slices of avocado and mango.
Add the fresh mint and spring onion to the slaw, toss
Serve the burger and slaw together for a perfect flavour combo!
