Peaches & Ice Cream

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Peach (or fig, apple, apricot, plum)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 drops Vanilla Essence
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 Biscuit

Instructions
 

  • Slice your peach (I would suggest one peach per person)
  • Put it in a non-stick pan wiht a good chunk of butter
  • Heat it up for a few minutes, add a dash of cinnamon and a smidge of vanilla essence
  • After 4-5 minutes, remove from the heat
  • Add the fruit to a bow and top with a couple of spoonfuls of ice cream.
  • Crumble a biscuit onto it (you choose what kind), maybe a Hob Nob, Digestive or even Lotus.

Notes

I learnt this recipe from Chef Susy Masseti at an Italian Food Festival and loved how quick and easy it was to make. This is 100% going to be my new dinner party dessert. It tasted epic.
Notes:
- The biscuit (cookie) is optional.
- Susy also mentioned you can put all the ingredients in a pan and put in the oven for 7-12 minutes at 200 degrees. ⁣
