Slice your peach (I would suggest one peach per person)
Put it in a non-stick pan wiht a good chunk of butter
Heat it up for a few minutes, add a dash of cinnamon and a smidge of vanilla essence
After 4-5 minutes, remove from the heat
Add the fruit to a bow and top with a couple of spoonfuls of ice cream.
Crumble a biscuit onto it (you choose what kind), maybe a Hob Nob, Digestive or even Lotus.

I learnt this recipe from Chef Susy Masseti at an Italian Food Festival and loved how quick and easy it was to make. This is 100% going to be my new dinner party dessert. It tasted epic.Notes:- The biscuit (cookie) is optional.- Susy also mentioned you can put all the ingredients in a pan and put in the oven for 7-12 minutes at 200 degrees.
