Thai Inspired Paneer Skewers

A quick & easy bite to cook for starters, a light main course and anything in between

Ingredients
 

  • 3 tbps Red Thai curry paste
  • 1 bag Paneer cubes
  • 1 bag Wooden skewers
  • 1 bunch Coriander Fresh
  • 1 tbsp Furikake (or just sesame seeds)

Instructions
 

  • Soak the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes
  • Take your defrosted paneer cubes and put them in a bowl with the Red Thai curry paste, mix well so the cubes are covered
  • Slowly skewer and place aside
  • Either cook them on a bbq or a hot grill pan, spray with oil as required
  • Turn over the skewers after 90 seconds, watch closely as these should only take 2-3 minutes max
  • When serving add the coriander leaves and furikake
  • Optional: a squeeze of lime, roasted peanuts

Notes

A quick & easy bite to cook for starters, a light main course and anything in between. This recipe could also replace the Paneer with Tofu for just as delicious a meal.
