Take your defrosted paneer cubes and put them in a bowl with the Red Thai curry paste, mix well so the cubes are covered
Slowly skewer and place aside
Either cook them on a bbq or a hot grill pan, spray with oil as required
Turn over the skewers after 90 seconds, watch closely as these should only take 2-3 minutes max
When serving add the coriander leaves and furikake
Optional: a squeeze of lime, roasted peanuts
