Blue Cheese Endives

  • 1-2 pack Endives(chicory)
  • Blue cheese
  • 2-3 tbsp Mayonnaise


  • Remove the leaves of the Endive and lay them flat on a casserole dish, around 3-4leaves in depth
  • Spread a little mayo on the top
  • Crumble blue cheese over the top
  • Bake in the oven for 15 mins at a med-high heat
  • Remove and enjoy! 


For a little pizzaz sprinkle all, none or some of these before serving;  dried oregano, fresh parsley, lemon juice.
