I am obsessed with 3 ingredient recipes for food and drinks…Why? Because it means the flavours of the produce and ingredients really get to shine through! And, because I am lazy PLUS don't want to waste much time for prep work.
This little starter blew me away with its elegant simplicity.
Blue Cheese Endives
Rate this recipe
- 1-2 pack Endives(chicory)
- Blue cheese
- 2-3 tbsp Mayonnaise
Remove the leaves of the Endive and lay them flat on a casserole dish, around 3-4leaves in depth
Spread a little mayo on the top
Crumble blue cheese over the top
Bake in the oven for 15 mins at a med-high heat
Remove and enjoy!
For a little pizzaz sprinkle all, none or some of these before serving; dried oregano, fresh parsley, lemon juice.
