Take your salmon out of the fridge and brush the black lime seasoning generously on top
Once the oven is pre-heated, bake it in a shallow tray for 25 minutes
Remove the salmon from the oven and flake with a fork
Spread either sour cream or greek yoghurt on your tortilla, top with flaked salmon, mango salsa and fresh coriander. Enjoy!

1 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and diced
0.5 small red onion, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
0.5 cup fresh coriander, chopped
1-2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped
huice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Add the ingredients to a large bowl, gently toss and leave for 30 minutes for the flavours to combine together.
