Searching for those Lost in Translation resto vibes? High-rise Japanese food looking over a twinkling city? Then ReAsian Cuisine at the Four Seasons is your spot then! The tallest (or is it highest?) restaurant in Bahrain is serving up a range of dishes in their elegantly warm, wood laden setting.

Choose between the regular dining area or the new Sushi Bar, with wrap around seats facing the counters.

• Tuna Nigiri - excellent
• Tare Glazed Eggplant Salad - excellent
• Spicy Tuna Tartare in Sesame Miso Cones, with chilli aioli and shaved bonito. What a flavour bomb; the crunch, the savoury, the sweet…a delicious journey
• Lobster & Shrimp Spring Rolls
• Crispy rice salad with lobster and a Thai influenced sauce - great textures
• Scallop & Shrimp Prawn Sui Mai - good
• Black Tiger Prawns Fried Rice - I would return for this dish alone
• Toro with crispy rice UPDATED: I've tried this dish twice now, the first time was good but the second time it wasn't and had a strange smell to the toro...proceed with caution.
• XO Shrimp Dumplings with fermented black beans and crispy garlic
• Stir-Fried Beef Tenderloin with an epic layer of crispy baby spinach on top and royal trumpet shrooms.

What did Fifi drink? Sake ofc! I started the evening with sake cocktails (the ‘Thinking Of You’ was a highlight) then moved into straight up sake for the meal…Definitely the way to go at Re-Asian 🍶

I’ll be going back again soon to keep exploring the menu; including ceviches, epic sounding katsu sando (epic price tag too at 95 beeds) and some of those hand cut rolls.
