I was recently given the heads up on a newly opened shop, selling, as you can tell from the name, lots of sausage! So I had to go and have a browse for myself at all the wonders that were hidden here.
This Juffair shop is down an unassuming street and once you enter, display cabinet after display cabinet is filled with mounds of sausages and hams. Most have names I had never heard of, but after speaking to the friendly staff they let you try some samples to compare your favourites (huzzah!).
Another cabinet has beef products and cheeses, whilst the shelves also stock interesting looking spices and products (many from Georgia).
Other items that looked intriguing and may have ended up in my shopping bag included a Georgian walnut sauce and pelmeni (dumplings) from their big freezer display.
