In a small bowl add the yoghurt, turmeric and paprika, mix together well
Spread the yoghurt mixture onto the salmon and onto baby asparagus
Place the salmon and asparagus into a baking or casserole dish
Keep a close eye on the oven, to make sure it doesn’t burn
Remove salmon from the oven, flake the salmon with a fork
Add some washed and chopped lettuce to a big bowl
Add the flaked salmon and asparagus
