Take the halloumi out of the pack, slice into thick fingers and pan fry for a few minutes on each side. When a golden colour starts to come through, remove and set aside.
Take a ripe avocado and place inside a bowl, mash with the back of the fork
Toast your bread slice, add the mashed avocado and halloumi
Top with a generous glug of date molasses. Enjoy!
